Hi everyone I purchased a service of 38000 for hair treatment yesterday as I was supposed to start my treatment but due to my work i need to travel to outside of noida and will not be available for few months and the treatment is it 6 months

I request them to refund they are now not picking up the call what legal action I can take I didn’t even took any of there services till now?

They are saying we are talking to the seniors and then the receptionist told me that counsellor is on leave today.

Location : Noida

First they told me that we don’t provide refunds and then when I told more strongly they said they are talking to the senior..

Anything that can be done if they don’t provide my refund.
