Hi , I wanted to get clarity for EWS certificate in Haryana

Dad is no more ! he left us in covid .

My mom’s Gross total income via pension as per ITR intimation u/s 143(1) is as follows:

2024-25 — 5,97,373 Rs

2023-24 — 5,18,549 Rs

2022-23 — 4,07,397 Rs

She held 3 houses out of which 2 were given to my sister and remaining one is 71 Gaz.

Am i eligible for EWS ?
