UI’m dealing with an issue with Capgemini related to employment/PF records. I’ve already sent a legal notice, and they replied with an interim response saying they’ll take up to 45 days to review internally.
Before sending the notice, there was already more than a month of follow-ups with no proper resolution.
Just wanted to check:
– Has anyone here sent a legal notice to Capgemini?
– How long did they take to give a final reply?
– Did they actually resolve the issue or just delay further?
– What happened after that — did it go to court or got resolved?
Would really help to know real experiences. Thanks!
