Has anyone used Sanchar Saathi to report phone number as ‘Not my number’

  As per Sanchar Sathi, there 2 numbers on my name. I raised a complaint ‘Not my number’ for the number I have never used. The status has been updated to complete but there is no update on what is the final resolution. Has anyone faced similar issues? What more can I do to block the 2nd number?

  I have used it. Once you update it as not your number the actual number gets a notification to verify the kyc with your aadhaar within I think 30 or 60 days. Failing to do so gets the number deactivated.

    After raising the request, I got below SMS.
    
    Dear User, your request registered at SancharSaathi Portal with ref ID **** has been resolved. View status at [https://sancharsaathi.gov.in](https://sancharsaathi.gov.in) .-DoT
    
    The number I reported is still active on checking again. The status displayed is ‘complete’. It does not say if the number was blocked or my request was rejected.
