Help !! Amazon Order Scam 14K Rupees

I just received my order from Amazon of Gigabyte Motherboard but in the Gigabyte Box I got Zebronics Motherboard. I just received the order contacted customer care they said will do investigation. What should I do !!

Wait for sometime dude you already complained if you dont get any resolution file a case in consumer court.

Yeah I should wait , but I saved for almost an year to upgrade my pc I even ordered new Processor and all that and I was expecting to upgrade everything today and this happened. Now the processor will also be delivered in few hours, how would I check if that works or not. That’s why I’m kind scared.

File a return? Citing wrong description. It’s not that hard. Amazon returns are very good.

Wait for amazing to get back.
If no proper resolution, contact your bank with all the proof if your card is eligible for chargebacks.
Otherwise, try social media and consumer forums.
