My friend arrested for NDPS act in jan 25
It’s been a month now! (Small quantity he got police station bail)

How much time take to summons from court

Can we settle the case via a lawyer without summons

How much time want FIR number to CC number

And also he want renew his passport is there is a issue for that?!

*Summons:* Usually takes weeks to months after the charge sheet is filed.

*Settlement:* NDPS cases can’t be privately settled, but a lawyer can help with discharge or leniency.

*FIR to CC Number:* Typically 60-90 days after FIR.

*Passport Renewal:* Needs court permission due to pending charges.
