Help me out the company i worked for have absconded me and haven’t paid my salary for the work I have done previously

So i worked in a financial services company as a field sales executive , I used to get my salary after 45 days of working . But because of some personal issues i haven’t used my phone for 3 days and the company has absconded me . But I have worked 30 days prior to getting absconded and they employer hasn’t sent a physical notice to my address. And now it’s been 45+ days after getting kicked out but still i haven’t received salary for the work I have done

What are my choices and how should I approach anyone to help me out in this issue

It would be great if someone guides me or atleast let alone helps me in the procedure of sueing them.
