Help me understand regulations around a startup like dream11

Hi all,

I’m 21yo, I’m working on my startup full-time, bootsrapped as of now.

We are building something similar to dream11, I’m not finding enough data related to Indian rules and regulations for a startup like dream11 (ours is almost the same)

It would be of great help if you can tell me, how things work in these scenarios.

Please don’t talk about the tax issues, I’m aware of them. I just want to know, what are the approvals/permissions I need to take to operate a startup like dream11.
