Help needed with respect to noise pollution

A wedding banquet hall, moving DJs and even a temple near my house blare music well past 10 PM. It goes on easily till 3 or 4 in the morning. I have been lodging SOS complaints and sometimes the police helps and sometimes it doesn’t. People from my neighbourhood have come together to take action. What can be done in this regard? Please help.

Someone told me I can drop an email to the local police station as a first step. Is there a draft format that I must adhere with for the email?

email & all do not work.. go to station & file an actual FIR.. if police refuses, tell them you will go to magistrate

I cannot file an actual FIR since members from my community have strictly asked me to not get involved with this. What are my other alternatives?
