March 4, 2025 at 6:07 pmI got SCN show cause notice, (i didnt bribe police and he sent adverse remarks stating birth certificate is mandatory)I went to rpo, explained everything and gave 3 alternative documents as per passport seva website (1.pancard 2.Tc 3.ssc marksheet)
Rpo simply rejected everything saying he want me to show birth certificate (i didn’t get time to make birth certificate, i kept delaying)
Well to cut it short
=======. I got the notice (SCN) on 22nd feb and i have a flight on 24th march, is my passport still valid? I’m afraid if they’ll know at immigration and i might be stopped=====
THANK YOU

March 4, 2025 at 6:23 pmIf you have a valid passport without any official revocation order or lookout notice, you can currently travel internationally despite the pending Show Cause Notice (SCN). However, there are critical risks. While travel is possible now, resolve the SCN promptly to avoid long-term issues. Consult a lawyer to expedite documentation or challenge the RPOโs decision. If no prohibition order exists, immigration is unlikely to stop you, but maintain proof of compliance efforts (e.g., RPO correspondence).-
