UWe are a family living in Delhi, I have an elder brother and a younger sister. And we have been facing domestic violence from my elder brother since a very long time. He is mentally unstable, grown up and is jobless, doesn’t wants to work. Long story short, he physically assaults me, my mom and my sister on a regular basis that we bleed, specially me, because nobody can see their mothers and sisters being assaulted right? Day before yesterday he crossed all the limits and i was hit so bad that my face and neck are still unrecognisable. I have clots all over my face, I’m afraid to even go to office. My parents are idk man, thinks he will improve, but he never will. I just want some legal advice on what can I do in this situation, nobody wants him in my house, he even assaulted my father few months ago too, I have some video recordings of the same. I really need some serious help.
