U“That the lift is installed in the said property, the second party common use the lift with other occupants of the building and he/she will pay 5% proportionate Electricity bill, Annual maintenance charges and repairing charges with other occupants of the building.”
It is an independent floor .i live on upper ground floor.
The thing is the other floor members (typically your top floors) are saying that only electricity bill is to be divided according to proportionate and repair charges are to be divided equally..they are hassling with us and gaslighting other floor members too…Please someone simplify and clear , what am I supposed to do.
