EFew days ago one of my relatives was involved in a minor road traffic accident. My relative was driving a car at a low speed (because they had just passed a speedbump prior to an intersection) but didn’t have the right of way. A two-wheeler rider collided with the car. No major injuries. The rider had small wound on leg. Both of them exchanged numbers and planned to claim insurance for damage to vehicles. Now the two-wheeler rider is saying that their insurance is not covering for entire damage and asking for money or else they will proceed to file a police case. How serious is this and if/what can be done? Please give advice. Thank you for responding.
