You would need to get your new name published in central/state gazette according to your situation.
He will explain the process quite in detail there, I have changed my name and 2 others following the same steps.
If you want to get it done by them it would cost you somewhere around 7k to 9k. If you do it on your own, then it would cost you somewhere around 2k to 3k.
Can you tell me more about the situation, like why do you need to change the name, if it’s different name across different documents then there can be other ways

AI am not sure about real estate documents, but gazette publication is your ultimate document, it is a legal proof that (your old name) and (new name) are the same person.
So all your documents which have an old name like your marksheet are still valid with this gazette publication. I am still not sure about real estates, might need to ask them (vidhan ka gyan)for advice, they also take online consultation if needed on call, or you can approach a reliable lawyer in your place as well.
For how much time it takes, it can vary around 30-45 days.
Mine got accepted in 2 weeks and one week for file preparation (before submitting to the gazette office). So 3-6 weeks. But can totally vary depending on the situation.
