Last night I called her soon to be ex husband by mistake as I’ve a friend with the same name in my contact. I was blackout drunk and idk what we talked about, this morning he said that I was just being a good human. But still can my fuck up mess up the settlement?

Tell your cousin. You don’t want to be in a situation where she find out from her to be ex husband. Explain what happened and whatever you remember. She might get mad but it will save both of you headache.
