UMy Grandfather’s brothers family divides land and ancestral property verbally and after some years they start saying now this is not proper division we need to change the sides.
Like first they choose easter plot them after some years they want western plot.
Then after these at some other plot they do the same and this causes regular family quarrels.
Some 30-35 years back grandfather and his brothers agrreed but now his grandsons are saying this not proper your grandfather fooled my grandfather etc and they want fresh division.
Property is in UP and everyones name has been recorded now in the old plot numbers.
What’s the permanent solution for this ?
