How can I file a consumer complaint regarding a water purifier subscription provided for delay in installation of RO.

Hi.
I have been facing some unsatisfactory services issue from the RO provider. And despite them mentioning a turn around time of 24-48 hours, it’s been well over 10 days since the installation request is raised.

I did some goggling and came across e-jagriti.gov.in for filing consumer case.
When I start filing the case. It has a 6 step process.
1. Case details- filed
2. Complainant/ opposite party.

On the 2nd step. It’s asking me to provide advocate details. Is advocate required to file the case? Kindly help?
