How do I get a income proof if there is only rental income

Well so the thing is I’m trying to get a ews certificate we only have 40k rental income per month but there is no proof of it some peeps pay rent cash some online so how do we get a income proof please help 🙏

Either you can file ITR. Or state governments also issue income certificate.
