May 3, 2025 at 2:16 amI filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (India) over a week ago, but I haven’t received any response or update from them so far.
Has anyone here had experience with how long it typically takes for them to get back? Should I be worried or take some follow-up action? Any insights would be appreciated! -

May 3, 2025 at 3:14 amSince it has been a week the better option is to take a follow up. They don’t call you back, you have to call them multiple times until they respond to your query.—My personal experience
Scenario:
bank related query case 1
Product related query via some online store case 2
(None of the cases were solved, NCH never responded back)Hope this helps.

May 3, 2025 at 3:51 amThey would probably take 7-15 days to directly close the case and respond update on the website -

May 3, 2025 at 4:39 amUsually they resolve the ossue within 10 days sometime 15 days.If you don’t receive any kind of update within 15 days, you may raise a grievance on [CPgram](https://pgportal.gov.in/) against NCH not resolving your issue.
They then prioritise the NCH complaint ๐
