How many charges/acts can I apply if I take this case to court

So few days ago my relative BROKE IN my house along with a goon and his mother assaulted my father (tried to slap him but he barely dodged but yeah assualt) and then his mother tried to frame my father and told her son to record that my ftaher is trying to assault/harass/molest her . Now I have recorded everything from start to finish so I wanted to ask how many charges can I apply on him and his mother and friend along with legal acts etc .

If you’re going for criminal liability, which you obviously will be, the police makes the chargesheet, you have to file an fir you can tell them the entire thing they’ll investigate then make a chargesheet. If they don’t file an fir, hire an advocate and then approach the court with a criminal complaint. The advocate will guide you with the sections.

Trespassing

Assault

Criminal Intimidation (check with an advocate)

Assault with a deadly weapon ( incase they tried to hit you with something – again, check this with your advocate)
