How much do lawyers charge for a legal notice?

I approached one who quoted around ₹1,000, and another who quoted around ₹5,500. I’m confused about why there is such a huge difference, and I can’t decide which one to go with. Could you throw some light on this?

Lawyer this side ..see there is no fixed rate ..it depends on experience somple better money better experience 1000 mei kuch nai hota aajkal ..5500/- is reasonable charge for a lawyer with 2-3 year experience ..

There’s no fixed rate a lawyer can charge you anything for any work , depends on his experience, and other stuff

I’d warn you against the 1000rs one. 1000 rs a lawyer would take for a consultation alone.

Hi, a legal notice is a very important document
– it is the 1st document you seek to send someone and you want it to be as comprehensive as possible . Hire a lawyer who in your view will do a thorough job.
