How much stamp duty I have to pay if I want to register plot which is on my father’s name

Basically the question.
State :- Maharashtra

We have a registry which states half of land with directions, area and all other details on my father’s name and other half on my uncle’s name.

Afaik in Maharashtra gift between father and son is flat stamp duty of rs 200.

Hey thanks. I guess this contains all the conditions of stamp duty. I’ll read it. Btw, my father wants to do a sale deed instead of gift deed.
