A woman that I know wants to apply for divorce. I will not go into details but there’s history of domestic violence, verbal abuse, no financial support from the always drunk husband.

You will have to pay around 50k to 1 lakh in filings and then give 5-10% of the total alimony to the advocate

For women 15-20 percent of total alimony
And for men 50 percent of their entire networth plus lawyer’s fees
