LI’m from India. I Purchased Samsung galaxy A55 12GB Ram Bcoz of manufacturing defects they provide me offline refund coupon. Samsung Assistant also very rude to make conversation with them. They give instructions only to buy same brand. So, I planned to buy other model from same brand. So, I visited many Samsung cafe. They are not ready to redeem my coupon. They simply said there is no offers and discounts on refund coupon. I was shocked to here this Bcoz there is no term and conditions mentioned. B’coz of less time yesterday I purchased Samsung S24fe 8Gb for 54k Bcoz they not provided discounts. But they sold same product to other customers for 40k. Where is the fair transaction here? We paid amount at one time and we wait for 90 days to claim this coupon who come with no offers and discounts. Where is the Justice here? All customers are not equal? Since yesterday I’m thinking about this issue. I’m not feeling good. I feel like cheated. It’s hard earned money. It’s killing me. Samsung, I never expect they scam like this. If we went to third party they are not ready to take this coupon. Only we can use this on offline stores not online. I spend 14 K price on S24fe it’s loss for me. How could I get peace from this unfair transaction. Is any chance I can sue samsung? Please suggest me friends.
