How to check if an NCR or GD is filed in another state?

Hello,

I want to check if there is any NCR (Non-Cognizable Report) or GD (General Diary entry) filed against my brother in a different state in India. We have not received any notice or communication, but he wants to be sure for peace of mind.

Is there any way to find out through an online portal or RTI?

Also, can a lawyer help with this kind of verification?
