How to close joint bank account if joint account holder refuses to do so

I have had a joint account with my husband for 3 years now. Our marriage lasted 9+ months and we have been seperated since then

This account has been misused in multiple ways by him

I want to either withdraw my name or close the joint saving account with him

How do I do this?

No joint loans or personal loans with him at the moment but dispute on loan accounts still active in court.
