How to deal with a brand not issuing refund?

I placed an order worth approximately ₹5,000–5,500 with an Instagram-based brand that also has a website and runs regular paid ads on Instagram. The order was placed in August 2025.
For months after the order, I received zero updates — no shipping info, no delay notice, nothing. When I finally reached out, they told me the order couldn’t be fulfilled and that I’d receive a refund. That refund never came.
I have since followed up 4–5 times over email. Each time I either get a vague reply or no response at all. The refund has still not been processed.
What I have:
• Email thread with their responses (including the refund acknowledgment)
• Order confirmation/payment proof
• Screenshots of their Instagram presence and ads.
