How to ensure that parents get succession certificate after my demise

I’ve come across several cases where life insurance companies do not payout the claims after the policy holders die citing a lack of succession certificate. And also read several accounts of how difficult it is to obtain one. Is there any step I could take whilst I’m alive to ensure that it would be easier for my folks to receive a succession certificate and make it a watertight case for the insurance company to have no grounds to delay or deny the claim?

You can write a will naming them your legal heir after your demise.

Nominee are the custodians of the funds. On the basis of your death certificate, a succession certificate will be granted.

They’ll not accept any will.
