How to file complaint against postman?

How can I file complaint against the postman? My society postman has a horrible way of talking and expects to be paid money everytime he delivers anything. Otherwise he refuses to hand it over or puts insufficient address and return the parcel. I’m really annoyed with this as I am strictly against bribes. How can I complain against him? Also, he is the only dedicated postman at my building so I don’t want him to mess up my parcels if he comes to know I complained. Any way out pls suggest.

Submit a complaint on CPGRAMS: [https://pgportal.gov.in/](https://pgportal.gov.in/)

Writing to the SSPOs or ADPS or CPMG doesn’t work (I have tried those).

go to the post master and talk with them. this is bad and probably say you have video evidence and will submit to all news channels.

later if that person is still stubborn then file a complaint and even write a letter to post master.
