March 3, 2025 at 7:28 amHere is description about me( sorry for my English.)
I worked as a Data entry operator in gujarat government office throug out sourcing agency (01-01-2021 to 31-10-24) agency paid my salary as per tender rate but from 01-04-2023 labour commissioner gujarat published new minimum wage rate across state(which was greater than tender rates) despite it agency continued to pay salary less than minimum wage rate(01-04-2023 to 30-09-2023) after 01-10-2023 they paid minimum wage rate so I’m entitled to difference of six month’s wage, I filed application in labour commissioner office and they replied I should file complaint in labour court as currently I’m no longer working there. Any help will be highly appreciated.Thank you.
