March 17, 2025 at 8:39 amI bought these fabric scissors from Amazon and i received the wrong item , i returned the item and ordered it again , i got the wrong item again and this time there was only an option for exchange so i had to exchange, i received the exchange and its the wrong item again.I called the customer care about the refund status on the first item and they said that they received the wrong item in return , and i asked to be connected to the senior executive, he explicitly mentioned that we cant refund you according to the current information we have , then he kind of backtracked and started saying we will launch an investigation and then update you in some days .
I find it quite ridiculous that i havent received any refund despite this not being a mistake of mine and the fact that i received the wrong item thrice.
How do i file a consumer complaint so that theyre forced to make this up faster for me ? Or should i even make one ?

This is clearly deficiency of service and unfair trade practice. Iโve several cases against amazon.
You need to send legal notice and then file a consumer complaint.
