I got scammed at a toll plaza with plenty even though my Fasttag is active and they asked for money at toll which I paid through cash but later found that they deducted the charges.

Another scam with PayU was charged for an unsuccessful transaction.

You’re not supposed to pay anything if the fast tag doesn’t work and you have balance. You got scammed.
