How to process the mutation process if aunt doesn’t sign?

How will the transfer of property take place???

20F need urgent advice
So Basically my grandfather died and he has made a registered will in name of my father that he will get the all his assets.

Now we consulted a lawyer and he said you still need aunt(bua) signature for mutation. Both the family aren’t on good terms..

So if aunt(bua) refuses to sign the mutation how can we proceed ??? Should we forge the sign ?
I have heard you have to give public notice and if no objection raised will have to get probate and then proceed

She lives abroad. She might not corporate for signature and might cause trouble by raising objection idk.
Any real advice.
I live in new delhi
