How to proceed with consumer court complaint against KFC?

So, I have complained against KFC for not delivering my order and not even providing me with refund or any contact from cc.

Now, if I do get refund will my complaint against them be closed or what?

Where did you file the complaint? NCH portal?

If yes, then they will close it automatically after KFC notify them that the refund is issued.

If you files a complaint in local consumer court then no, it won’t automatically close. You can withdraw your complaint.

Thanks.I have filed the complaint on NCH. Will I also receive compensation or just the refund?
