February 3, 2025 at 6:41 amHi, I’m looking to file a complaint against a specific restaurant. They offer poor vegetarian meals and have zero parking space for their customers. As a result, people park their vehicles irresponsibly on the highway (Puducherry to Chennai ECR), leading to frequent accidents and injuries for passersby. On top of that, their kitchen exhaust is directed toward a residential area, spreading oil spills across the surroundings. They have not followed proper safety standards, such as installing a long vertical chimney to safely divert the oil spills..
I have reached out to the restaurant owner, but they simply donβt care.
My question is Where can I file a complaint against them? Is there any government portal where I can raise this issue and possibly take action?
Kindly guide me.

February 3, 2025 at 7:29 amThat’s the first step. Just register complaint. They will ask for more bribe if they received complaint.Second step is register complaint on DPG portal against municipality not talking action
