UI am 25M. My elder sister 29F is very close to me. Since our parents are from village doing agriculture so she took up a job right after graduation.
Initially she was getting very less salary but since her boss liked her and wanted a relationship with her and offered her benefits in her career she accepted and both had a relationship.
Since she started earning very well she got me admitted in good engineering college and she paid my entire fees. I studied well and got placed in MNC.
Now I started earning well and started supporting parents and my sister financially and asked her to leave her job. I and my father then searched a nice groom from reputed family for her. Boy and his family liked her since she is very beautiful and we got her married.
Her married life is going so smooth and her husband and his family love her and treat her so well and even she takes care of them so much and everyone is so happy.
But now her ex boss has started calling her and is telling her that he has fallen in love with her and that she should come and sleep with him else he will send her naked pics and videos to her husband and his family.
My sister is very tensed and is asking me to help. Legal experts here how can I help and save her from her ex legally ? Is there some legal way to prevent her ex from releasing her naked pics and videos like some stay order or some way to make him delete all her pics and videos from his mobile or laptop and make him stay away from my sister and make him not to contact her ever again ?

UYour sister can file a police complaint regarding this and once police knocks at the door of the guy he will not give threats anymore. But getting pics deleted is not an easy task as he can just upload the pics and vids in some private cloud and delete it from phone and laptop say that he don’t have anything and just bluffing etc. but if he uploads it some where then you can a complaint in cyber cell and court also to get is removed and the guy in question could even land in jail for doing this.

UIn reality, nobody would come out and say i had mutual agreement with my boss, knowing that no one would marry them. Her situation demanded such things. I am not saying she is quite innocent, but was saying the situation was such. Everyone has certain things they hide which they think would lead to rejection.

MHow are you so sure no one would say their past, had she said it clearly before marriage, then that at least shows her honesty, now if the husband were to find out, through a stranger or even her that counts as ‘she lied’. And thats true since she lied to get her husband(an innocent man).

NWhat your sisters boss did amounts to a serious offence similar to rape, as he abused his authority as boss to induce your sister (his employee) to sleep with him. It’s a punishable offence with minimum 5 years and upto 10 years imprisonment. She can threaten her ex-boss to file an FIR against him and if she does then he will be arrested surely.
