HR is not processing my release

Hi all! I had served my notice period and before release there was supposed to be an exit interview. However, I thought that the interview when I resigned was my exit interview.

Now my release hasn’t been processed. I haven’t received my relieving letter and last month’s salary.

What can I do?

I also have the screenshot of whatsapp convo where the hr is purposely avoiding me. I had also called the hr after they messaged me they are free but they didn’t pick up my call.
