March 10, 2025 at 10:54 amHi everyone,
I need some legal and psychological advice regarding an incident that happened on 8th March 2025. Someone I know (a female student) faced serious public humiliation in her classroom, which has had a deep emotional and mental impact on her. What happened:
On 8th March, during exams, she was called by the HOD of the senior section to take individual photos of students. The system in that school/college is segregatedโboys on one side, girls on the otherโbut in this case, she was asked to stand alone in a class full of boys. While the HOD was taking photographs, she quietly went and sat on a bench near the wall, waiting for her turn.
At that point, the HOD rudely and loudly said to her in front of everyone:
” yahan chai-paani lene aayi ho? Puchh to lo baithne se pehle!”
(Something like, “Did you come here to relax and have snacks? Get up quickly!”)The tone was very rude and egoistic, and as soon as she said that, many boys in the class started laughing and making faces, which made the girl feel extremely humiliated. She has been deeply affected since then.
Mental health impact:
After this incident, she has been experiencing:
High blood pressure
Breathing difficulties
Mild chest pain
Emotional trauma and distress
She is not in a mental state to approach a psychologist herself.

What I want to know:
1. Can I visit a psychologist on her behalf, explain the incident, and get a report that describes her mental health condition, which we can submit to the principal or higher authorities?
2. Is there any legal action that can be taken against the HOD or the school for this kind of mental harassment and public humiliation?
3. What steps should we take to file a complaint properly (within school or externally)?
This has become a serious issue for her mental well-being, and I want to do the right thing to help her

While there may be a chance of a psychological disorder…..is she made of glass?
I doubt that you would be able to take them to court in the first place considering that this merely occurred due to a single sentence.
Plus, the fact that you’re saying this to us as if it’s the first time that ever happened means that the girl is question is a disney princess since there’s no way in hell that she never got scolded or insulted in her life before.
So,therefore I conclude by saying that this post is fake.
Hence proved.
