I am a 32 year old Semi-Qualified Company Secretary, residing in Mumbai, desperately trying to find work since the past few months after my family has gone into severe debt due to business losses. I am making this post with an attempt to reach out to more people who could potentially hire me.

I have work experience of 3 years in the compliance field wherein I worked for an professional advisory firm for 2 years and did an internship of just over a year in the legal-secretarial department of a company. I have had in depth exposure to Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, RBI regulations, legal drafting & IPR (Trademark) laws. I am proficient at drafting, interpretation of regulations, research, executing corporate actions and conducting compliance audits. I also have excellent written & spoken English language skills. I am a quick learner and adapt well to new tasks.

I am open to full-time/part-time/freelance work which aligns with my previous skills. I am open to the roles of Secretary/Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant as well.

Keep a watch out for openings, many government departments are looking to hire legal consultants.
Also, try to talk to practicing lawyers, many bigger firms hire persons for para -legal/compliance work.
