WHello Everyone,
I am an advocate, but right now I am not earning any money. I am 30 years old, and 6 years ago I completed my law since practicing, and at this age, I need to start earning, but I am struggling. I am trying to get a job in a finance company and also trying to join the panel of different companies, but I have not been successful. What should I do?

SJoin an office of somebody who’s already established.
If you’re first gen, the grind is hard and it will make you want to/actually quit.
If you’re up for non litigation roles, direct recruitment to ADJ.
Migrate to one of the commonwealth countries.
Appear in CLAT-PG and join some PSU
There might be more options which I’m missing right now
And importantly, if you stay in litigation, remember that you’re in one of the most thankless professions, and it takes time to build your way up.

WAlready joined but no one is paying or if they are paying this would be 2-3k
And i try to pass the clat examination but not succeeded in that too

SSadly, friend, you’ve got to choose your poison.
Either work harder for the examination, or for litigation. Don’t put your feet in two boats, you’ll sink.
Go all in on one.

STakes a little longer than that to pay off, I suppose.
Solicit cases from your own network of people and help them (genuinely). If you’re in higher courts, solicit from lower courts. If you’ve tried and failed.. identify what’s keeping you from it and keep trying unless you either succeed or quit.

WPrivate clgs are not providing campus placement and even most of them are not have company law
They only have

Criminal

IIt’ll be difficult to join a corporate with no prior experience but it’s not impossible the process can be frustratingly long but you can keep applying.
On the other hand, if possible an additional course like masters or a diploma can be helpful (if it’s affordable for you).

WWhere i am living is my home town in madhya pradesh
And that is not so big city there is no lawfirms additionally i cant move another city bcz they will not paying sufficient money where i can make my base-
II don’t know much about MP but if you’re not in a metropolitan earning fast won’t be possible. The growth will be slow for you and you’ll have to be more patient because opportunities in tier 2 cities are generally quite less.

You might explore teaching as a visiting faculty in law colleges or even schools for 11-12th grade or Engineering colleges. SNo, the number of clat aspirants was only 70k compared to 16 lakh for JEE. Even out of that 70k, barely 10k are serious and the rest just give clat as backup though we only have seats that can accommodate 3k most if we combine all NLUs

WWho said 70,000 students are preparing for CLAT? In reality, CLAT isn’t that big. Behind the scenes, many local colleges are just turning their regular classrooms into law classes.
In my city, colleges that used to offer BE (engineering) courses 10 years ago are now offering LLB 3-year programs instead.
Every year, the number of LLB colleges keeps increasing, and each college has around 200 seats.

I don’t know about Clat PG but UG have not seen increased competition from the past 5-6 years when compared to other competitive exams
