UI have a neighbour who lives in front of our house(They are a family of four,a couple and two teenager children). We had good relations earlier but that lady said something too wrong abouty parents then my parents confronted her and told not to talk with us anymore.This happened a year ago.
After some months she literally started doing cheap things to disturb us like talking falsely on the phone and verbally abusing , staring at my mom whenever she is outside,putting the garbage after sweeping outside her compound which is outside her house etc.
And now the road construction of our area is going on and her compound( carry in which there are plants),that carry is almost on the road because of which the road in front of our house is becoming shorter. So my dad complained to municipality. After the municipality people came to her she somehow send them back and on the spot started verbally abusing my father using very bad words.
So we did police complaint still she is pressurising us by continuous staring at us like this morning my mom was returning from temple and she was going from her bike she stopped and turned back to my mom and started staring at her.
I am literally tensed about my parents,they are literally very worried and we are not getting what to do. We are even scared that she would do fake police complaint of my father.
Let me tell you that she is a doctor who runs her own small private clinic and she has 2-4 more cases registered against her( one by her tenant, other by the person living behind her house and like that)
Please suggest something like what should I do to get rid of this situation)

SIts the situation of cold war..she isnt doing anything..she is just playing mental games and you are falling right into her trap..
