I want to setup a pg buisness which shall be runned by my mother in our property how should I proceed to set it up legally pls guide me I am new to this process it will be very helpful

The first step of setting up PG business is to figure out: 1. How you are going to take security deposit and not return it. 2. To increase rates mid stay. 3. To demonstrate power and strength over helpless residents.
