Hello, I recently came across a method involving mathematical calculations(from my mother as I was born using it and my others of her friends)that can help in determining whether a baby will be a boy or a girl with a 100% success rate.I am considering starting a business based on this method, where people can increase their chances of having a specific gender child, but I’m concerned about the legality of this practice.

In India, I know that sex selection is illegal under the PCPNDT Act, and I understand the ethical concerns around it. However, my main aim is to open this business in the USA, where it is legal. I want to know how I can legally establish and operate this business from India, considering the legal restrictions here.

Can anyone provide guidance on how I can register and run this business internationally, while being based in India? What are the legal steps I need to take to ensure everything is compliant with both Indian and US laws?

I’m a doctor myself mbbs graduate from Lucknow and I know what scientific is or not .I cant just give out the full idea here right? But a little sneak peak- to find the day of ejaculation based on the menstrual cycle and phase using a mathematical calculation

If this is mathematical , then why is menstrual cycle even a factor . When the sex of a child is decided by the father (xy), and not mother (xx)

What if the subject ejaculates on date x , but the sperm fertilises the egg on day x+1 . Then you won’t get the desired sex .
So even if your theory is true , your success rate can’t be 100%

My mother has done around 27 pregnancies all with success.Yes if we increases the numbers of subjects to 10k or 1 lakh the succcuess rate might change a bit

Completely off topic but

In Western world gender reveal is a normal thing they go to the hospital for finding it out.

Also when I was in 10th grade and I think at that time they did teach real biology which might now have been replaced with some pseudo sanskari science I don’t know off.

The gender depends on the sperm which male produces and woman has no role in deciding the gender.

Egg is fixed to x chromosme.

And a single male ejaculation produces around 200 millions of sperms cells out of which only 200 reaches the egg and only 1 fetilizes the egg.

So I am intrigued, what new pseudo science you will bring in.

Do you fiddle the balls and you can feel which sperm cell will win the race ?

Or does your calculation also puts the onus on women to influence the gender ?

Why do you think people in USA would opt for your quack formula to find out the babies gender, instead of just scanning for it using proper equipment. 🤔🤔
