I am 16M and this is what happened with me.
I ordered a guitar worth ₹6999 from Amazon, but it was marked as delivered without me receiving any call from the delivery executive. I contacted Amazon customer support and explained the situation. They asked me to wait for 5 days while they investigated the issue, and I agreed. After 5 days, they messaged me saying that the order had already been delivered to me, they can’t give me my refund and then ended the chat. When I tried to contact them again, they said they couldn’t help me anymore. I have already registered a complaint on the NCH portal 3 days ago.
What should I do?
