I have been scammed by a bookstore. What should I do?

Recently I ordered a book from https://www.adorebooks.in/shop/ because they had an offer for one of the books that I wanted to buy. So I ordered the book and there was almost a 50 rupee deduction for online payment so I did the payment as well. It’s been one week and I haven’t heard anything from them. There is a number in the website, I texted them but no reply and when I try to call it says that the number does not exist.
Today I checked the website thoroughly and I saw the independent reviews wherein many people had addressed the same issue. I feel so helpless now. I’m a student and I don’t have the money to start a lawsuit or anything, I can barely sustain myself.
What can I do? Please help.

Was it a credit card txn or UPI?
