February 20, 2025 at 6:37 amI’m a minor and i’m applying for a passport. My dad came in and said that there might be an issue because i have my mom’s name as my surname instead of my dad’s in the birth certificate and pretty much all of my documents. Will it cause any problems? -

February 20, 2025 at 12:55 pmYour name is what you have put in birth certificate and other documents.. Problem will only arise if you decide to change it in your passport application.
