USomeone needs to take care of child’s expenses, and archaic indian laws assume women dont work(which is stupid) and Indian govt is too cheap to pay for the child.
Archaic british indian laws and lack of lobbying for men’s rights to change these laws are the culprit.

Legally it’s seen as one man is there and one women is there. They are married and then a child is born.
Just to provide safety and security of the child the man needs to provide for childs life
In this case the focus is not on the husband and not even on wife but on the new born child who needs support.

CAccording to Hinduism a child born during marriage or before the women get married will be the child of the husband. Because of the same logic karan was the son of Pandav. I know this is bull shit but reforms that bring disadvantage to women are never accepted.

If a man talks loudly to his wife, he is a monster and needs to be put behind the bar.
