January 22, 2025 at 7:55 pmDude what I’m trying to say is this type of general question should be reserved for more general subreddits because due to high influx of similar posts damp down the reach of actual people in need as more and more people with no actual knowledge of law keep on engaging here

January 22, 2025 at 8:16 pmSomeone needs to take care of child’s expenses, and archaic indian laws assume women dont work(which is stupid) and Indian govt is too cheap to pay for the child.Archaic british indian laws and lack of lobbying for men’s rights to change these laws are the culprit.

January 23, 2025 at 3:40 amNot a lawyerFrom my new article reading
Legally it’s seen as one man is there and one women is there. They are married and then a child is born.
Just to provide safety and security of the child the man needs to provide for childs life
In this case the focus is not on the husband and not even on wife but on the new born child who needs support.

January 23, 2025 at 4:41 pmAccording to Hinduism a child born during marriage or before the women get married will be the child of the husband. Because of the same logic karan was the son of Pandav. I know this is bull shit but reforms that bring disadvantage to women are never accepted.-

January 23, 2025 at 4:56 pmYes, βOnly women, children and dogs are loved unconditionally. A man is only loved under the condition that he provides something.β. If a man talks loudly to his wife, he is a monster and needs to be put behind the bar. If a woman beat the fucking hell out of her husband, she is just just stressed and “You should be happy that your wife is beating you. There are many who would love to be beaten by their wives.”.-
