I need help in filing advance application against my father and his father.

mere father jitna kmata hai. mostly income unki drink mein chli jati hai. hume humre dada pardada se mile hue 2 ghar hai. usme se ek hume mila hai or ek mein chacha rhte hai. unka ghar main road pr hai. tho usme ek shop hume mili hai (pr iski roof nahi hai humre control mein) or ek shop chacha ko abhi April 2024 mein. mere papa ne ghar mein bhut jyda drama create kr diya tha. tho ab humri shop ka rent mumy leti hai. kyuki mere papa bachan se he meri mumy ko marte hue aaye the. or chote chote khane pine ke liye bhi manga padhta tha.

abhi holi pr padosiyon ne mumy ke sath gali galoch kr diya tha, or mere father mere padosiyon ka he sath de rhe the(expected rhta hai mrko).

so finally ab hum apna ghar or father ko chodkr jaa rhe hai.

bss hume ab police station mein application likhvani hai ki. humre jane ke bdd mere father Humara ghar naa bechde or shop vale se bolkr rent nhh rukva de. kyuki mere bhai ki blood cancer ki dawaiyan bhut mehngi aati hai.

so mrko bss help chyie ki kese yeh sb application pr likha jaye or kisko di jaye. kya normal paper pr di jaye ya koi affidavit etc.. pr??

note – 2020 mein meri mumy ne already ek br normal paper pr application ke sath chacha or dada ko jail bhijvaya tha kyuki vo log humri shop adhi raat ko todkr choti kr rhe the or apni shop or rasta bda kr rhe the.

Application nahi, ek complaint likh do saying that- you are under an apprehension that when you and your family will get separated from your father, then your father may do ____ & ____ things. Kyuki agar kal ko kuch hota hai to it will work as a trail/evidence for future. Remember to take out two copies of the complaint, ek original police station mein dedo aur copy pe receiving with date and stamp lelena.

sir hume kisko jail mein nhi bejna. sirf precautions chyie. complaint ke liye kya procedure follow krna pdega?? simple white paper pr likhkr de sakte hai ya koi affidavit etc chyie hogaa??

Aise koi jail nahi jata unless you disclose a cognizable offence in your complaint. Because only then, the police has the power to arrest a person without a warrant.
Bina affidavit ke dedo complaint.

sie jese apne bola ki complaint krdo mene complaint tho krdi hai. lekin police vale bol rhe hai ki isme hum kuch nahi kr sakte.

Make sure you use words such as ‘illegally’, ‘unauthorised way’ ‘unlawfully’ ‘physical and mental harassment’ etc.
Agar hindi mein complaint to translate karke dal dena ye words. Lawyer here.
