I need help regarding a Meesho refund scam.

I made a purchase on Meesho back in November and the product felt cheap so I returned it. After waiting for about 3-4 weeks, I contacted them and raised a complaint. They said the amount would be refunded within 2 days but that didn’t happen. So I contacted them again and this went on for about 2 months. At the end of January, they gave me a Transaction ID, but when I contacted the bank regarding this, they said the transaction didn’t exist and asked me to contact Meesho again.

What am I supposed to do here?

Nope, no solution. They keep saying that they’re working on it with no real progress.

Let me know if you find something though.
