        Mene 17 ko order kara tha and 18 ko merko delivery aa gayi thi, basically snapmint has a section where we have to put a link of amazon product we have to purchase fir snapmint vo apni taraf se purchase karta hai to mene Watch ka link dala and I bought or merko next day delivery aa bhi aa gayi from Amazon and usme manufacturing defect tha, display tilted tha, to mene snapmint par return ke liye dekha to waha likha aa raha tha this product is not eligible for return but when I placed the order it was showing 10 days service centre replacement so I mailed the customer support of snapmint to help with the order pehle to unhone 5 din liye reply krne me ki aise aise ek blank white page par aap ye sab likh kar product ke sath photos bhejo, mene send kara or uske baad 23 ko unke whatsapp se msg aata hai aap is application number ke related watch ki company se baat kare , and watch ki company ke sare customer support number sucks koi call ni utha kuch nahi ho raha toh mene unke website par jakar complaint dali for the manufacturing defect so they asked me for an invoice and invoice merko snapmint ne bheja hi nahi, or naa hi invoice delivery me product ke sath aaya tha just usme delivery address or sab tha and I cross checked 3 times invoice was not there, to mene snapmint ko uske liye bhi mail kara 24 ko or aaj 29 ho gaye unhone mujhe invoice nahi bheja which I think invoice download krke bhejne me itna time nahi lagna chahiye! Please I’m literally so worried and tensed cause 10 days periods jaa chuka hai snapmint se merko koi help nahi mil raha jis whatsapp number se unka msg aaya vo number pe call krne pe bhi koi pick ni kr rha or mail par abhi tak 3-5 days wait krne ko bol rahe , what to do in this case now?

        I placed the order on 17th and it was delivered on 18th, basically Snapmint has a section where we have to put a link of Amazon product we have to purchase, then Snapmint does the purchase on its own, so I put the link of the watch and I bought it and the delivery also came to me the next day from Amazon and it had a manufacturing defect, the display was tilted, so I checked on Snapmint for return, it was written that this product is not eligible for return but when I placed the order it was showing 10 days service center replacement, so I mailed the customer support of Snapmint to help with the order, first they took 5 days to reply saying that you write all this on a blank white page and send photos along with the product, I sent it and after that on 23rd I get a message from their WhatsApp that you should talk to the watch company regarding this application number, and all the customer support numbers of the watch company were useless but no one picked up the call, nothing was happening, so I went to their website and filed a complaint for the manufacturing defect, so they asked me for an invoice and Snapmint did not send me the invoice, and neither did the invoice come with the product during delivery, only the delivery address and everything was there in it and I cross checked 3 times, the invoice was not there, so I sent an email to Snapmint for that also on 24th and today it is 29th and they have not sent me the invoice, which I think should not take so much time to download and send the invoice! Please I’m literally so worried and tensed because 10 days have passed and I am not getting any help from Snapchat. No one is picking up the call on the WhatsApp number from which I received their message and they are still asking me to wait for 3-5 days on the mail. What should I do in this case now?
